Senior Sales / Business Development Manager
Remote
The company organizes international payments and financial solutions for businesses in partnership with a Turkish bank. We are looking for a strong senior specialist with their own active client base who can bring in clients from the first months.
What you will be doing:
- Attracting corporate clients through your own contact base
- Selling solutions in the field of international payments and financial services
- Managing the full deal cycle: from first contact to launch
- Working with business owners, CEOs, CFOs, financial directors
- High-level negotiations, selecting optimal payment solutions
- Interacting with the internal team and banking partner
- Meeting individual sales targets, managing the sales funnel
Requirements:
- Sales experience in the financial sector for at least 5 years
- Own client base in the B2B segment (mandatory!)
- Successful case of attracting corporate clients
- Understanding of international payments, banking products, foreign economic activity (FEA)
- Experience working with decision-makers at CEO/CFO level
- Strong negotiation and deal closing skills
- Independence: ability to build a sales funnel and achieve results
Will be a plus:
- Client base in FEA, import/export, logistics, trading
- Experience selling banking, currency, investment products
- Understanding of settlements with Turkey, UAE, Europe, CIS
- English for business negotiations
