📊 Business Development Director (Asia, Africa, MENA, LATAM)
Our client is a dynamically developing financial services company (public-private partnership) specializing in supporting export-import operations and cross-border payments. Due to the expansion of its international presence, we are looking for a Business Development Director.
📍 Responsibilities:
- Form and expand the partner network in the regions of Asia, Africa, MENA, LATAM — search for new growth points based on payment market analysis.
- Implement the international development strategy: conduct negotiations with decision-makers, participate in industry conferences, prepare commercial proposals and conclude contracts.
- Coordinate partner integration and support them at all stages.
- Be responsible for achieving target indicators for the growth and profitability of the business line.
📢 We are looking for:
- Over 5 years of business development experience — preferably in finance, fintech, or the raw materials sector.
- Understanding of how payment systems and cross-border transfers work.
- Fluent English — mandatory. Knowledge of European or Asian languages is an advantage.
- Strategic thinking, strong negotiation skills, and readiness for business trips.
- Higher education in economics, finance, or international business.
