MegaFon is looking for a Head of Digital Stores to lead a new stage of digital storefront development.
MegaFon (>70 million subscribers) is a Russian telecommunications company providing mobile communication services, as well as local telephone communication, broadband internet access, cable television, and a range of related services.
The team already has an ambitious business strategy, which can not only be followed but also be a driver of its development, and based on it, new strategic solutions for digital storefronts can be prepared.
What you will be doing:
- Strategy: defining key development directions, preparing a 1–3 year roadmap for digital products, aligning with business goals.
- Team strengthening: audit, hiring, career paths, leader development, organizing workflow with a focus on increasing internal efficiency.
- Operational support for business units: joint elaboration of initiatives at all stages of the lifecycle, cross-pollination of key metrics.
- Processes: developing product culture and expanding PDLC principles in the production process together with the ProductOps team.
What you need for this:
- 10+ years in product and 3+ years in a leadership position (Head of Product / CPO) with a team of 50+ people.
- Experience in developing mobile applications and web/personal accounts in high-load B2C products (millions of users).
- Ability to build a strategy and defend it before top management, considering goal setting at different levels of the company.
- Proven skills in hiring, developing a product team, reorganizing processes at a scale of 50+ people.
- Experience working with business units (not "order taking", but transforming requirements into hypotheses).
- Data-driven: product analytics, A/B tests, metric-driven management (CSI, MEU, availability, self-service efficiency).
- Deep understanding of B2C service design principles, customer journey, UI/UX.
- Strong leadership qualities, influence including without direct authority, systemic thinking.
- Plus: experience using AI at all stages of the production cycle, knowledge or background in the telecom industry, understanding of key meanings for the Zoomer and Alpha generations.
