We are looking for a Director of Cross-Media Product Interaction at ON Media.
Holding MTS Media has undergone a large-scale rebranding and is now operating under the new brand ON Media.
ON Media is a content holding company that combines MTS's digital ecosystem businesses in online and offline entertainment. The holding includes the online cinema KION, ON Studio, the book service KION Stories, the streaming service KION Music, the music company ON Label, and MTS Live, which manages the ticketing operators Ticketland and Ticketscloud, the production center ON Show, and develops a federal network of concert venues.
Responsibilities:
- Formulate and develop the media ecosystem strategy of the holding (unified value proposition, segments, positioning) based on ON Media assets;
- Define and launch key cross-product initiatives: unified subscription and tariff plans, bundles, cross-sell/upsell mechanics, integrated showcases/catalogs, end-to-end user scenarios;
- Build an end-to-end customer journey between products: unified rules, offers, entry points, communications, and promotional logic;
- Organize the management of the cross-initiative portfolio: business cases, prioritization, roadmap, execution and results control;
- Establish governance for cross-product work: regular committees/synchronizations, RACI, SLAs between products, conflict resolution mechanism for priorities;
- Collaborate with product managers and marketing to ensure the go-to-market for cross-launches: packaging, promotion, channels, A/B tests, scaling successful hypotheses;
- Implement a unified approach to ecosystem metrics and analytics: KPI definition, incremental effect calculation methodologies, transparent reporting;
- Drive platform-wide common components in conjunction with tech/products: unified account/ID, billing/payments, loyalty/bonuses, unified profiles/preferences, end-to-end analytics and attribution;
- Develop cross-product scenarios "content - events": linking cinema/music/books with tickets, concert venues, label and production releases (packages, early access, exclusives, merch/events).
What we expect from the candidate:
- 6+ years of experience in digital/media/subscription services at the intersection of product, strategy, and commerce;
- Experience managing cross-functional initiatives at the "program/portfolio" level;
- Proven experience in building cross-products and large platform launches: subscriptions/bundles, tariffs, end-to-end scenarios, growth/retention, unification of UX/rules;
- Strong product management skills: discovery, value proposition formulation, roadmap/prioritization, task assignment to teams, dependency management;
- Commercial thinking and experience with metrics: understanding of subscription unit economics (ARPU, churn, LTV, conversion, retention), pricing approaches, evaluation of incremental effect of cross-mechanics;
- Data-driven approach: ability to define requirements for analytics, experiments (A/B), attribution, and reporting; confident work with product dashboards;
- Understanding of platform architecture fundamentals at a managerial level: SSO/ID, billing, integrations (API), CRM/CDP, recommendations/personalization;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills: defending strategy and initiatives, conducting cross-committees, managing stakeholder expectations.
