VK Tech Productivity Services is looking for a Head of Product Growth.
The Product Growth team at VK WorkSpace is responsible for the development and scaling of products in the B2B and B2G segments. They create solutions for corporate clients, help implement digital tools into business processes, ensuring a high level of user satisfaction and loyalty.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement product growth strategies for VK WorkSpace products
- Search for tools and implement solutions that promote the growth of product usage in closed environments
- Control the fulfillment of product obligations under state contracts and large-scale implementations
- Manage the product team focused on B2B and B2G segments
- Develop and implement growth approaches in the corporate environment, including marketing, training, and other channels
- Collaborate with key partners and clients, including decision-makers at the CIO, CTO, and deputy minister levels
Requirements:
- Experience in managing product teams and implementing large IT projects in B2B and B2G segments
- Understanding of product growth principles and experience in implementing them in a corporate environment
- Knowledge of the office software market: email, calendar, messengers, EDM, DBMS, OS, virtualization
- Willingness to work with key partners and clients at the highest level
- Ability to build and develop products focused on scalability and sustainability
- Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and project management skills
Will be a plus:
- Knowledge of the IT and information security regulatory framework in the Russian Federation
