Head of Growth Company: Fintech Location: Moscow
We are looking for a strong leader with experience in analytics, growth, performance marketing, or related fields. Your task will be to increase the share of Yandex Pay in partners' GMV and help them grow through independent e-commerce, using Yandex's tools and strengths.
The strategic goal of the role is to help partners grow their GMV through independent e-commerce, leveraging all of Yandex's strengths: Yandex Pay, advertising tools, Search, product capabilities, and team expertise. The tactical goal is to increase the share of Yandex Pay in the partner's GMV, enhancing its value to the partner's business and reducing churn risk.
In this role, it is especially important to approach growth analytically and with an assessment of effectiveness: not just to launch initiatives, but to evaluate their economics, forecast their impact, compare alternatives, measure incremental impact, and scale only those mechanics that confirm their effectiveness. The partner segment is small and medium-sized businesses.
