Head of Growth

Needed for Educational Business

One of our projects is Kukolschool.ru – a school for preparing for admission to architectural universities. Current revenue is about 2 million rubles/month. The next task is to reach 8 million rubles/month and build a repeatable growth system.

No need to build the product from scratch. The school already has:

• a working product and confirmed demand;
• high retention and very strong reviews;
• one of the best student admission rates to state-funded programs on the market;
• its own preparation system that yields results;
• a market worth several hundred million rubles a year, the potential of which is far from fully realized.

The founder is looking for a hands-on Head of Growth with startup experience who can identify the strongest customer segments, repackage the product/offer, quickly test acquisition channels, and then scale sales. This is a role for someone who is interested not in servicing the marketing function, but in directly finding and creating revenue growth.
