GetMatch, an online IT job search service, is looking for a Chief Product Officer.
GetMatch is a leading player in the Russian IT recruitment market, combining the HR-tech products GetMatch and AmazingHiring (under the Matchy brand in Russia), as well as providing services through a recruitment agency model and resource outsourcing. The company is independent, profitable, and at a point where a product leap will determine industry leadership.
Key Challenges:
- Transform the product portfolio (GetMatch, AmazingHiring/Matchy) into a unified next-generation digital recruitment agency platform.
- Find and secure product-market fit in the new market reality.
- Integrate agency expertise into the products and combine them into a cohesive platform ecosystem.
First-Year Tasks:
- Manage current products in a business-as-usual mode: ensure stable team operations, incremental improvements, and operational control.
- Conduct a product portfolio audit: assess traction, metrics, and unit economics.
- Identify 2-3 strategic product bets and focus on them.
- Build a process for finding and securing PMF: customer discovery, rapid MVPs, value tests.
- Define key metrics and establish regular monitoring. Launch 1-2 new AI products and test their monetization.
- Form a Product Marketing & Growth function to support growth and retention.
Expectations for CPO Experience:
- Experience building strong B2B products.
- Experience with AI: implementing AI tools into a product or team.
- Experience managing teams, including development teams.
- Product-strategic thinking: systematic approach, focus on business results, significant impact on revenue growth/strategic metrics.
- Ability and successful experience in building a structure (metrics, goals, processes) without "imposing bureaucracy".
- Desire to influence money, culture, and growth.
