Periodika is a brand of family photo books and photo products that help preserve important life moments.
We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team, who will be responsible for the user journey from visiting the website or opening the app to creating a project in the constructor.
Together with design, development, and marketing, you will identify growth opportunities, conduct research, launch experiments, and improve the user experience at every stage of this journey.
Main Tasks:
- Be responsible for the growth of key metrics of the user journey up to project creation in the constructor.
- Identify growth opportunities in the product: analyze data, user behavior, feedback, competitors, and current scenarios.
- Formulate hypotheses for improving user experience and conversion, prioritize them, and maintain the backlog for your area of responsibility.
- Test hypotheses through research, UX prototypes, A/B tests, MVPs, and other suitable formats.
- Work with design to develop new scenarios and improve existing interfaces.
- Prepare tasks for development: describe the problem, expected result, logic of the solution, and success criteria.
- Manage initiatives from idea to launch and analysis of results.
- Synchronize with marketing, support, operations, and other teams to incorporate their expertise and identify product opportunities.
- Participate in the launch of new digital and physical company products.
- Regularly analyze the results of your area of responsibility and propose next steps.
We expect:
- Product Manager experience of 2+ years.
- Experience in developing a digital product with measurable product metrics.
- Understanding of user funnels, conversion, and how to work with growth points.
- Ability to make decisions based on data, research, and user feedback.
- Experience in formulating and testing product hypotheses.
- Ability to independently manage initiatives from problem definition to launch and result analysis.
- Understanding of UX and the ability to work with designers to develop user scenarios.
- Skill in clear written and oral communication: you can formulate the problem, solution, argumentation, and expected result.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams: development, design, marketing, analytics, or other related teams.
Will be a plus:
- Experience with Growth / Acquisition / Activation areas.
- Experience in e-commerce, marketplace, or mobile products.
- Experience with SEO, content products, or landing pages.
- Experience conducting A/B tests and evaluating their results.
- Experience working with a physical product or a product where the digital journey is directly linked to further production.
