Product Manager (UK) / E-commerce

Who we are looking for: A Product Manager with 3+ years of experience in E-commerce (D2C brands, online stores, grocery delivery). We operate in the UK market (Myflowers), so understanding the psychology of the Western buyer is important. You make decisions based on data, not opinions, and know how to grow metrics.

What you will do: • Generate and launch 3–4 growth hypotheses per week (affecting CR, Retention, LTV) • Manage website development from hypothesis to measurable results in metrics • Make product decisions based on data and facts (web analytics, experiments, etc.) • Prototype interfaces, generate ideas, and assign tasks to development

Technical competencies: • Minimum 3 years of e-commerce experience is required • Expert proficiency in GA4, GTM • Prototyping in Figma (desirable) • Good experience in conducting A/B tests • Plus: knowledge of Shopify, basic SQL/BI • English level B2 and above

Culture: • Focus on profit and metric growth, not "process for process's sake" • Ability to find workarounds with limited development resources • You deliver a feature from a "rough sketch" to working code in production and satisfied customers • You acknowledge failed tests and change hypotheses based on numbers

Conditions: • Hybrid format (Moscow, m. Tulskaya) • Employment: Labor Code of the Russian Federation • Salary range: 300,000 – 350,000 ₽ net • KPI bonuses
