Product Manager (Search & Personalization)

Almaty, Almalinsky district, Zhibek Zholy Ave.

Main tasks: • Developing the user experience at all stages of the customer journey • Analyzing the product funnel and identifying growth points • Conducting discovery, analyzing data and user behavior • Forming and prioritizing hypotheses, bringing initiatives to release • Launching A/B tests and scaling successful solutions • Using AI for research, prototyping, PRDs, and metric analysis • Interacting with development, design, analytics, marketing, and commerce teams

We are looking for you if: • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in B2C products • Experience in e-commerce, marketplace, fintech, travel, entertainment, or ticketing is an advantage • Strong product thinking and understanding of business metrics • Experience in discovery, hypotheses, and A/B testing • Practical experience using AI tools in product work • Knowledge of Amplitude, Power BI, Google Analytics, or similar • Understanding of frontend/backend, APIs, and development processes • Ability to work with requirements and interact effectively with developers • Strong communication skills, independence, and ownership
