Looking for a Product Manager to join my team 🚀

We are developing a mobile banking application for individuals and are looking for a person who will take initiative in customer communications and the development of remote sales.

What you will do:

• develop communications within the mobile application (push, banners, stories, etc.);
• improve the CJM of key customer products;
• launch and scale sales tools through digital channels;
• identify customer challenges and improve user experience;
• work with product analytics, hypotheses, and A/B tests;
• interact with related departments, CVM, business, and IT;
• contribute to the development of the mobile application and the bank's digital services;
• form and update internal processes and regulatory documents.

Who I am looking for:

• Product Manager / Product Owner with experience in mobile or digital;
• a person with strong initiative, responsibility, and systematic thinking;
• someone who can see the product/processes as a whole and bring initiatives to fruition;
• experience in banking or fintech will be a big plus.
