We are looking for an International E-com Director for the cleaning products brand BrandFree.

Your responsibilities:
- Managing international business: Vietnam + USA — from sales to profit
- Responsibility for P&L and unit economics — you understand where the margin is growing and where the loss is
- Building a scaling system: how to choose SKUs, channels, markets — not by intuition, but by data (collecting architecture, setting priorities, building a scaling model)
- Auditing current processes and the team — what works, what doesn't
- Determining what to scale and what to close — without emotions, only by metrics
- Forming team requirements: who to hire, what roles are needed, how to build the structure
- Working with TikTokShop, Amazon, Shopee, TikTok, [forbidden social network] — you know how to make real money there
What's important:
- Real experience managing international e-commerce / FMCG / consumer business
- Scaling experience — not just launching (you have had projects where you took something from scratch to 5x-10x)
- Strong P&L and unit economics mindset — you look at numbers as a profit map
- Understanding of marketplace/social commerce/performance/creator economy — you know how TikTok turns a product into a trend (influencers: TikTok, FB/[forbidden social network], YouTube)
- Hands-on — not a corporate manager, but someone who knows how logistics from China works and how to calculate CAC on Shopee
- Experience working with production in China is a plus
