Main tasks and area of responsibility:
- Management and scaling: strategic planning, budgeting, and exponential sales growth in B2B and B2C channels.
- Development of channels and distribution: management of a multi-level distribution system, project sales, category management, federal networks, and E-commerce.
- Influence on the company's P&L: management of business profitability, pricing, sales volumes, and optimization of commercial expenses.
- Creation of a flexible structure: building an effective department architecture using direct and matrix subordination.
- Cross-functional leadership: synchronization of the commercial block with marketing, production, and finance.
- Field expertise: personal participation in high-level negotiations and regular work "in the field" (including construction sites and key partners) to understand market realities.
