Digital Lead (Influence, Promo, SMM)/ Digital Group Head

We are looking for a digital lead who will take charge of managing the Influence, SMM, and digital advertising team. Your area of responsibility will be the operational management and development of the agency's digital products.
What we expect from you in terms of competencies:
- experience managing digital teams (influence, promo, SMM, digital promotion)
- ability to build processes, organize the work of team leads and their teams
- knowledge of digital tools, advertising accounts, trends
- ability to generate reports, including on the econometrics of the digital block
- successful experience participating in tenders: preparing proposals, defending them before the client, successfully managing a project or retainer
- readiness to implement new tools and processes, develop products and people
- ability to create an effective working atmosphere and trusting relationships within and outside the team
- leadership qualities: motivate, develop, and retain the team
In your portfolio:
- special projects, integrations with bloggers and opinion leaders
- SMM cases, media campaigns, comprehensive digital solutions
Your areas of responsibility:
- manage the digital departments team: Influence, SMM, Digital promo/advertising
- oversee team leads and their teams (10 people + contractors)
- control the quality of digital proposals (structure, presentation, positioning, relevance)
- prepare reports and proposals for the department's development
- participate in tenders and form parts of proposals for your areas
- participate in team development, HR processes, and administrative decisions
