Head of Digital Promotion Group (EksmoKids) at Eksmo Publishing House
Eksmo Publishing House is looking for a Head of Digital Promotion Group for EksmoKids.
EksmoKids is one of the largest divisions of Eksmo Publishing House, specializing in children's and adolescent literature.
About the role:
- Managing the promotion of media and commercial projects in the digital environment: from planning and media strategy to campaign launches and performance analysis. You will directly influence reach, advertising results, and promotion channel development.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement digital promotion for projects (media plans, budgets, strategies)
- Launch and oversee advertising campaigns (targeted ads, display ads, special projects)
- Analyze the effectiveness of advertising activities and optimize campaigns
- Work with data: reporting, analytics (including Cube.NET and internal databases)
- Prepare presentations: strategic, reporting, case studies
- Interact with marketing, sales, and contractors
- Assign tasks to designers and control the quality of advertising materials
- Monitor competitors and propose new promotion tools
- Develop partnerships and work with bloggers/influencers
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, including managing an SMM or digital team
- Understanding of the book market specifics, TikTok trends, blogging, and content consumption
- Knowledge of social media algorithms and formats (Reels, Clips, short videos, articles)
- Practical experience in developing and implementing SMM strategies
- Experience in launching and optimizing targeted and seeding advertising
- Proficient in working with performance metrics (ER, CTR, CPC, ROMI, reach) and ability to make data-driven decisions
- Skills in competitive analysis and digital channel audits
- Experience in creating content plans and managing content
- Team management experience: setting KPIs, controlling deadlines and quality
- Skill in using neural networks for content and idea generation
- Basic knowledge of marketing, copywriting, and visual principles (composition, typography)
- Experience with analytics services (LiveDune, Popsters, VK Stats, Telegram Analytics or equivalents)
- Basic skills in graphic editors (Canva, Figma, Photoshop)
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, VN or equivalent tools)
- Experience with ad platforms (specifically VK Ads)
