Team Lead Marketing iGaming Location: Outside of the Russian Federation and Belarus

We are an international operator in the iGaming sphere, successfully operating for over 10 years, primarily in CIS countries. We are now in the most exciting phase of our existence – a rebirth stage of active growth and transformation.

We are looking for a strong Team Lead Marketing to head our internal team and take our marketing strategy to the next level. If you know how to manage multi-directional teams, think in terms of numbers and processes, and iGaming is a familiar element for you, we are waiting for you!

🎯 What you will do:

• Management: Leadership and coordination of teams (Influencer Marketing, Production, Community, Events, PR/SMM) + outsourced SERM control.
• Strategy: Joint development and implementation of marketing strategy with the CCO.
• Processes and KPIs: Building, optimizing, and scaling processes within the department, implementing and controlling KPIs.
• Finance and Analytics: Budget management, activity planning, evaluating channel effectiveness, and optimizing investments (ROI/ROMI).
• Growth: Searching for new audience acquisition channels and developing the company brand.

💼 What is important to us:

• Experience: From 3 years in marketing and from 1–2 years in a Team Lead / Head position.
• Niche (mandatory): Successful experience in iGaming / Online Casino / Betting / Affiliate Marketing.
• Hard Skills: Strong skills in budgeting, media planning, working with analytics, and contractor management.
• Soft Skills: Ability to work in a multitasking environment, clear prioritization, leadership qualities.
• English language: At level B1 and above.

What we offer:

• remote work format;
• full-time, target hours 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Cyprus time;
• probationary period — 3 months;
• compensation is discussed individually based on the interview results;
