Head of Brand Marketing Department

Key Responsibilities:

• Participation in the preparation and execution of shoots (production process control)
• Development and implementation of PR strategy and brand positioning; team management, task setting and performance control
• Management of work with bloggers and opinion leaders: development of influencer campaigns, formation of ambassador programs, search and planning of collaborations
• Organization of presentations and events: conducting presentations, shows, client days, organizing participation in fashion forums and awards
• Interaction with media and partners, preparation of press releases, publications for media and blogs
• Curation of brand content and visuals in accordance with the brand book, control of the advertising materials creation process
• Analytics and reporting: monitoring the effectiveness of PR and advertising campaigns, preparation of regular reports on key metrics
• Marketing budget management
• Work with contractors and brand partners: coordination of agencies and freelancers, interaction with brand departments (product, sales).

We expect:

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar position
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, including functions and pivot tables), 1C
• Deep understanding of branding and positioning principles
• Strong analytical skills: collection, analysis, and interpretation of marketing data
• Experience with various marketing channels (digital, offline)
• Team management experience
• High level of responsibility, goal-orientation, and organization
• Ability to work in a multitasking environment
