The following tasks will be set for the candidate:
- Form and develop a system of marketing analytics and regular reporting on digital products and marketing activities.
- Develop and maintain up-to-date dashboards with key marketing indicators and ensure their availability to the team and management.
- Analyze the effectiveness of marketing channels, advertising campaigns, and individual activities, identify factors affecting the result.
- Analyze the marketing funnel: user acquisition, conversions, and the effectiveness of individual funnel stages.
- Consolidate data from various sources — advertising systems, web analytics, CRM, and internal information systems — and form a holistic picture of marketing effectiveness based on them.
- Identify deviations, growth points, and opportunities for optimizing marketing activities.
- Prepare regular and ad hoc analytical materials for the marketing team and management.
- Translate analysis results into understandable conclusions and recommendations that help make marketing and product decisions.
- Interact with product analysts, the product team, and other analytical functions: use existing data, synchronize approaches, and eliminate duplication of analytics.
- Participate in the automation and unification of marketing reporting, reducing the amount of manual work.
- Participate in evaluating the effectiveness of new digital product launches and marketing campaigns.
We consider the following important for this position:
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing or business analytics; experience with digital products, marketing channels, and funnels will be an advantage.
- Higher education. Education in economics, mathematics, statistics, marketing, analytics, or related fields will be an advantage.
- Ability to analyze the effectiveness of marketing activities and digital channels based on data and form practical recommendations for the business.
- Good understanding of key marketing indicators and principles of user acquisition and conversion funnel analysis.
- Experience working with large volumes of data and data from various sources: advertising systems, CRM, web analytics systems, and internal information systems.
- Proficient in SQL: writing queries, combining data from multiple sources, aggregating, and preparing data for analytics.
- Proficient in Excel: working with large datasets, pivot tables, complex formulas, analysis, and preparation of analytical materials.
- Experience with BI systems and dashboard creation. Knowledge of Power BI and/or Insight BI will be an advantage.
- Understanding of the principles of building marketing dashboards, KPI systems, and regular analytical reporting.
- Experience with web analytics systems (e.g., Yandex.Metrika, Google Analytics, or equivalents) will be an advantage.
- Understanding of how to work with data from CRM and advertising accounts, ability to evaluate the effectiveness of channels and campaigns.
- Skill in automating and standardizing analytical reporting: ability to reduce manual operations and build reproducible processes.
- Ability not just to prepare a report, but to answer questions: what happened, why it happened, how it affects the business, and what needs to be changed.
- Ability to independently formulate analytical tasks and interact with marketing, product, IT, and other analytical teams.
- Analytical thinking, attention to detail, systemic approach, and independence.
- Ability to work with multiple digital products and marketing directions simultaneously, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
Will be a big advantage: experience in building end-to-end analytics and automated marketing reporting, working with funnels, cohort analysis, CAC, CPL, CPA, ROMI/ROAS, LTV, and other digital marketing performance indicators.
