Purpose and objectives of the role:

Formulate business insights based on the analysis of large datasets on visitor traffic, behavior in shopping centers, and market conditions.

Provide shopping center network management with data on the effectiveness of marketing activities to make decisions on optimizing the marketing mix.

Forecast facility attendance, considering positive and negative factors affecting traffic.
Responsibilities:
- Analysis of traffic and visitor behavior:
- Regular analysis of traffic counting system data.
- Calculation and monitoring of key metrics.
- Audience segmentation.
- Market and trend analysis:
- Monitoring key changes in the competitive environment.
- Analysis of macro and micro retail trends.
- Analysis of trends in consumer behavior changes.
- Reporting:
- Control of traffic data accuracy in BI system dashboards.
- Preparation of weekly and monthly analytical reports on traffic dynamics.
- Preparation of analytical reports on campaign results to assess the effectiveness of marketing activities (advertising, events, loyalty programs, etc.).
- Conducting surveys and research:
- Consumer surveys using online panels to test business hypotheses (preparation and programming of questionnaires, processing of results, formation of conclusions).
- Organization and control of research conducted by an agency.
- Formulation of requirements, purchase, and presentation of results of external ready-made research.
- Geoanalytics.
- Preparation of STEEP and SWOT analysis for 14 MEGA shopping centers.
Requirements:
- Higher education.
- 5+ years of experience in analytics (preferably in commercial real estate and/or retail).
- Understanding of commercial real estate metrics and key KPIs, principles of traffic counting systems.
- Ability to translate the "language of numbers" into the "language of business", forming clear presentations and recommendations for business decision-making.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools (DataLens).
- Advanced Excel user.
- Basic SQL knowledge for self-data extraction (desirable).
- Experience with econometric modeling (desirable).
