What you will be doing:
- Development, implementation, and control of cross-marketing campaigns and partner programs;
- Formation of a promotional plan for activities aimed at attracting traffic to the MTS retail chain on a quarterly, semi-annual, and annual basis;
- Interaction with internal and external partners within the framework of preparation, execution, control, and analysis of marketing campaigns;
- Organization of cross-functional interaction with company departments and the ecosystem on new projects and partner programs;
- Development and launch of new mechanics and campaigns: from idea and approval to implementation and results analysis;
- Evaluation of the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and partner programs;
- Formation of regular reporting on ongoing marketing campaigns.
What we expect from the candidate:
- Experience in retail is mandatory;
- Experience in independently launching marketing campaigns and partner special projects;
- Experience in conducting negotiations and building long-term relationships both in cross-functional teams and with large external partners and counterparties;
- Understanding of key marketing and performance metrics;
- 3 to 6 years of experience in marketing, advertising, PR will be an advantage;
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs, and Power BI as basic tools;
- Analytical skills, initiative, strong communication skills, and a focus on business results;
- Desire to learn new things and grow with the team.
