Marketing Director

Responsibilities:

✅ Development and implementation of a marketing strategy to strengthen the brand positions of "Myasnitsky Ryad" and make it a leader at the regional and federal levels ✅ Brand management: establish clear positioning, values, and emotional connection with the consumer ✅ Product portfolio management ✅ Pricing management ✅ New product development and launch (NPD) ✅ Building an effective marketing communications system: from digital (website, social media, contextual advertising) to ATL/BTL activities ✅ Development of trade marketing in B2B/B2C channels ✅ Management of the team (marketing and advertising department) and marketing budget ✅ Effective interaction with the commercial department

Candidate profile:

✅ Experience as a Marketing Director/Head of Marketing in the FMCG sector. Experience in the meat industry will be an advantage ✅ Deep understanding of the product and sales channels: knowledge of specifics of portfolio management, pricing, and promotion in B2B (federal networks, retail, HoReCa) and B2C segments ✅ Strategic thinking and financial literacy: ability not only to develop creative concepts but also to calculate their economic efficiency, profitability, and impact on business indicators ✅ Practical experience in successful turnkey launch and promotion of new products (NPD) — from idea to market launch ✅ Team and budget management skills: ability to effectively allocate resources, set priorities, and be responsible for the department's results and fund utilization ✅ Result orientation: understanding of key business metrics and focus on achieving and exceeding established KPIs
