«Skywool» is not just a yarn store, but a full-fledged ecosystem project for knitters and craftspeople. We combine retail sales of quality yarn with our own mobile app featuring master classes, training courses, and a knitting community.
The company was founded in 2021. The business owner is personally involved in the processes and is ready to hand over the complete marketing funnel to you, from scratch to a functioning system.
We are looking for a strong, independent, and digital-savvy leader who will build marketing as a mechanism.
Responsibilities:
- Set up end-to-end analytics (Roistat / Calltouch) and calculate CPL, CAC, ROMI for each channel.
- Clean up the funnel weekly: disable loss-making channels, reallocate budget. - Maintain a register of lost leads + set up re-engagement (calls, chatbots, auto-funnels).
- Decompose the sales plan into leads → MQL → payments and forecast costs. - Manage content (briefs, deadlines, quality) across 7 platforms: Telegram, VK, YouTube, Dzen, etc.
- Launch paid advertising on Direct, Telegram Ads, VK, OK, Avito.
- Participate in SEO: set briefs for semantics, influence behavioral factors, check technical aspects.
- Set up mailings (email, SMS, WhatsApp, Telegram) and a Telegram bot for auto-funnels.
- Generate hypotheses for increasing website conversion (click maps, Metrika, Hotjar).
- Integrate AI into routine tasks: drafts, budget forecasts, query clustering.
Requirements:
- Head of Marketing experience with proven digital results.
- Successful launch and scaling of performance and content channels.
- Team management of 3+ people.
- Independent traffic acquisition and funnel building.
- Excellent knowledge of end-to-end analytics.
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets, experience with Roistat/Calltouch.
Conditions:
- Official employment: first 2 months — self-employed status, then — Russian Labor Code.
- Schedule: remote work, 5/2 from 10:00 to 19:00 (Moscow time).
- Probationary period: 2 months.
- During the probationary period: salary: 120,000 ₽ net. + KPI.
- After the probationary period: 130,000 ₽ net + KPI.
- Salary paid without delays.
