🚀 Head of Marketing Department (B2B IT) - Developing the market and building processes!

We are looking for an experienced marketing leader who can build a systematic approach to customer acquisition and manage a team in a B2B IT company.

Who we are looking for: A specialist with marketing experience in IT service B2B companies, who knows how to develop content, build cold outreach, analyze customer profiles, and implement AI tools into workflows.

What you will do:

• Develop content and manage corporate websites
• Formulate ICP and build prospecting
• Conduct marketing research and analyze effectiveness
• Implement AI in marketing processes
• Manage a team, set KPIs, and motivate employees

What we expect from the candidate:

• 3+ years of experience in B2B IT marketing
• Experience in building lead generation and cold outreach processes
• Understanding of content marketing and customer profiles
• 2+ years of management experience (will be an advantage)
• Independence, initiative, and clear communication skills
