"Finansist" is a SaaS service for management accounting and financial control. It helps business owners and CFOs see where money is going, plan their budget, and make decisions based on numbers, not gut feelings.
Over 2000 client companies. Integration with 1C, banks, marketplaces. Skolkovo resident.
We are currently transforming the product in an AI direction — rethinking how financial accounting should work in the era of AI tools. This changes both the product itself and how we talk about it to the market.
The team is in Saint Petersburg. We work remotely, but for this role, it is important to be in St. Petersburg: in-person meetings with the team are needed.

We understand our customer — who they are, what their pain points are, what drives their decision. We lack the machine that turns this understanding into actual sales pipeline movement.
We are looking for someone who will take this gap as their task.
What is this role about
Not a position within marketing — but an owner of the result. Your metric is impact on the sales funnel, not activity or quantity of materials.
You take the ICP, extract the real pains and motivations from it, translate them into meaningful messages — and build a system that reproduces this. Through AI tools, through the team, through hypotheses that are tested quickly and without excessive approvals.
The marketing system in its new form does not yet exist. It needs to be built.
What is important to know how to do
Understand marketing as a system — not to be a guru of every channel, but to see how the message, channel, conversion, and business result are interconnected.
Understand the B2B purchase — who makes the decision, what blocks it, what drives it, what content is needed at what stage.
Think from the customer's perspective, not from the product's. "What's important to them and why this is about them" — not "what we can do."
Be able to assemble an AI agent for a task yourself and quickly test a hypothesis. This is the foundation that gives a sober view of ready-made market solutions — to choose consciously, not to rely blindly.
Work with funnel data — separate signal from noise, make decisions based on numbers, not feelings.
Tackle an unstructured task and deliver the first working version without a complete brief.
