B2B SaaS Marketer, International Company

We are looking for a B2B SaaS marketer for the international Rolling Global Digital project – someone who is interested in testing new hypotheses, participating in building a systemic marketing approach, and influencing the development of the area.

Rolling Global Digital is an international B2B SaaS project in the logistics sector that develops digital solutions for transport companies. The company is now entering a new stage of development: it is moving away from classic B2B sales towards Product-led growth and is actively strengthening its marketing department to scale customer acquisition in the European and US markets.

Responsibilities:

— Conduct market and customer research: conduct interviews (CustDev), analyze competitors, and identify new product growth opportunities

— Collaborate with the head of the department to implement the development strategy, launch initiatives, and test hypotheses

— Develop acquisition channels: analyze current channels (Google Ads, Meta, Amazon Relay, SEO) and scale successful strategies

— Manage contractors: set tasks, monitor deadlines, and ensure quality of work

— Work with analytics: evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities and make data-driven decisions

Requirements:

— 3+ years of experience in B2B, growth, or digital marketing (preferably with B2B, SaaS, IT products)

— English language proficiency at B2+ level for conducting independent customer interviews

— Understanding of modern digital tools, ability to test hypotheses, and analyze channels

Conditions:

— Remote work, 5/2 schedule (full-time)

— Income of $2800 (~200,000 ₽ after international transfer fees)

There is a Head of Marketing in the project who is responsible for the marketing strategy. Work is built in close collaboration with them.
