We are currently developing and strengthening our Data&Digital team, and we have a vacancy for you — AI Marketing Expert (SEO, SMM, paid traffic)

We are looking for a generalist marketer to build a complete traffic acquisition system with the goals of:

• Marketing automation.
• Reducing content production costs.
• Increasing the speed of hypothesis testing.

Role Focus:

• SEO as a platform (not a set of articles)
• AI as infrastructure (agents, pipelines)
• Data loop (data → hypothesis → test → scale)

Key Challenges and Tasks:

1. SEO as a Platform (Core Area)

Not "page optimization," but building a system for generating and scaling organic traffic.

• Building SEO structure (pages, clusters, internal links).
• Forming topical authority (topic coverage, long-tail).
• AI-assisted query collection and clustering.
• Identifying opportunity zones (low competition / high intent).
• Implementing a pipeline: content generation (LLM); fact-checking / editing; publication.
• Setting up templates (programmatic SEO, scalable pages).
• Quality control (indexing, positions, traffic).

Technical Layer (jointly with product):

• Setting tasks for: speed; indexing; schema / structured data; implementation control

2. AI Agents and Marketing Automation

Key differentiator of the role.

Agent Scenarios

• Building chains:
  • research → generation → publication
  • data collection → analysis → alert
• Launching scenarios on schedule (cron / scheduler)

Integrations

• Working with APIs:
  • advertising accounts
  • analytics
  • SEO tools
• Building custom pipelines (Zapier / Make / n8n / custom backend)

Vibe-coding / Custom Solutions

• Quick services for tasks:
  • data parsing
  • report generation
  • data enrichment
• Using AI for writing code and scripts

3. Paid Traffic (in conjunction with a targeting specialist)

• Forming hypotheses (audiences, offers, creatives).
• Generating creative variations via AI.
• Analyzing effectiveness and reallocating budget.
• Linking paid → SEO (finding working intents).

4. Growth and Experiments

• Maintaining a backlog of hypotheses.
• Prioritization (impact / effort / confidence).
• Fast testing cycle (≤ 7 days).
• Scaling successful cases.

You are a perfect fit for us if you have:

Marketing

• 3–6 years of experience in SEO / paid / growth.
• Experience in scaling traffic, not just maintaining it.
• Understanding of unit economics (CAC, LTV, payback).

SEO (mandatory deep skill)

• Experience in building website structure / semantics
• Understanding of:
  • indexing
  • crawl budget
  • internal linking
• Experience with programmatic SEO or mass content – a plus

AI and Automation

• Regular work with LLMs (GPT, Claude, etc.)
• Building pipelines:
  • content generation
  • data processing

Experience with:

• Zapier / Make / n8n or equivalents

Understanding of agent scenarios:

• multi-step processes
• triggers / schedules

Technical Level

Minimum required:

• Understanding of APIs (how to fetch / send data)
• Basic code:
  • Python / JS (script level)

Ability to:

• assemble a simple backend / script
• parse data
• automate tasks

Data-driven

Mandatory:

• Work with analytics:
  • Yandex Metrica / GA4
• Ability to:
  • build funnels
  • calculate conversions
  • identify bottlenecks

What it looks like in practice:

• each hypothesis → success metric

• regular analysis of:
  • traffic
