We are currently looking for an experienced marketing specialist to take on the tasks of promoting our business in the foreign market (Tier 1 countries). You will be assisted in achieving your goals by both an in-house team (media buyers, designer, content marketer, copywriter, sales department) and external contractors.
What will you be doing?
- Developing and implementing the project's marketing strategy, including acquisition, retention, and churn management;
- Ensuring lead generation across all promotion channels, including SEO, paid, outreach, and contractor management; selecting and testing ideas, channels, and sources, formulating KPIs, selecting performers;
- Forming the marketing packaging of products and services, including websites, landing pages, presentations, and related materials for clients and the Sales team;
- Developing and controlling texts and communications throughout the customer journey, including advertising, landing pages, outreach, autoresponders, and recommendations for Sales;
- Building work with contractors to provide traffic, visual and textual content, searching and selecting external contractors when necessary;
- Developing the project's brand and reputation in the market through external publications, reviews, ratings, listings, and conference participation;
- Analyzing the effectiveness of marketing activities, testing hypotheses, and preparing regular reports and presentations on the results; proposing marketing initiatives and hypotheses based on analytics and reports;
- Managing the marketing budget, process automation, and interaction with internal teams and external contractors.
What we are looking for in a candidate:
- Proven experience in promoting an agency or service in foreign markets for over 2 years, with the ability to quickly generate and test hypotheses;
- Practical experience with UA tools: advertising (Google Ads), social media and Social Selling (LinkedIn), working with reviews (Clutch/G2, etc.), outreach mechanics (email/LinkedIn);
- Experience with web analytics (Yandex.Metrica, Google Analytics, GTM)
- Experience working independently with website builders (Tilda, Framer)
- Experience with content (working with texts, content plan, multiple content formats, understanding SEO/GEO)
- Experience working with visual formats through communication with designers (preparing landing pages, ad creatives, presentations, covers, etc.) + basic knowledge of Figma
- English language proficiency not lower than upper-intermediate
Will be a plus:
- Understanding of mobile marketing (how it works, what acquisition channels exist)
- Experience working with AI (primarily with text and agents - ChatGPT, DeepSeek, Perplexity, etc.)
