Main responsibilities

— Manage clients for performance marketing services: present services, handle objections, propose solutions suitable for the client — Inform the client about the progress of their tasks — Conduct basic analytics of advertising campaigns (contextual, targeted, media) — Assign tasks to performers (performance marketing department, web development, SEO), and monitor execution — Defend finished projects and the agency's image to the client — Build long-term, friendly relationships with clients

What kind of candidate are we looking for

— Understanding of performance marketing fundamentals and the ability to sell it — Experience working in a marketing agency or web studio for at least 3 years — Understanding of the principles of contextual and targeted advertising, CPA — Knowledge of the capabilities and limitations of various advertising platforms — Proficient in ad account management — Confident in oral and written negotiations

An advantage during selection will be

Working conditions
