Who we are looking for
A Digital Marketer with an agency mindset, who will lead and systematically improve our existing lead generation funnel for the NOVA agency: from landing pages and lead magnets to nurturing sequences, analytics, and A/B tests. We are looking for a marketer who does not limit themselves to strategy development: they will build funnels themselves, edit landing pages, write communications, launch A/B tests, and be responsible for the results.

What needs to be done
- Be responsible for the entire acquisition funnel: landing pages, forms / CTA, lead magnets, tripwires, mini-products — achieve exponential ROMI growth.
- Build "marketing through value": thoughtful gifts, tripwires, micro-products that genuinely help and convert.
- Design CJMs for nurturing cold audiences: base segmentation, landing page scenarios, email/messenger sequences, content strategy by segment.
- Test and launch new offers and products: from freebies to new directions and business models.
- Organize end-to-end analytics: measure key conversion points, identify bottlenecks, manage funnel metrics.
- Generate and test strong improvement hypotheses: competitive analysis, custdev, qualitative and quantitative insights.
- Set up the A/B testing process: hypothesis prioritization, fast and correct checks, statistical significance, etc.
- Deeply understand the user: pain points, motivators, fears, stage of readiness; translate this into copywriting, offers, etc.
- Work closely with the company CEO on positioning
What is important in experience and skills
- 3+ years in Digital Product/Digital Marketing/Influencer Marketing; minimum 1 year in conversion optimization or a similar position.
- Understanding of blogger specifics and their products: offer mechanics, nurturing, launch, scaling.
- Strong analytics: analyzing competitors and the reasons for their growth, identifying root problems, formulating points of influence.
- Empathy and "practical intelligence": the ability to read the user and adapt materials to their context.
