ABOUT US: We are Ava Tetis. We sell Bitrix24 licenses, implement, configure, customize turnkey solutions, and support businesses 24/7. Our clients are companies in Belarus and Russia that want their CRM to actually work, not just sit there. We are not yet ready to hire a full-time marketer, but we are willing to pay someone who can genuinely come up with ideas, not just post; offer solutions, not just agree; grow reach and leads in two markets (RF and RB), not just report on pretty pictures.

TASKS: • Manage our social media so that directors and IT specialists subscribe themselves and eagerly await new case studies. • Propose website promotion strategies (SEO, contextual advertising, partnerships with integrators) that actually work in Belarus and Russia. • Be responsible for increasing the brand awareness of "Ava Tetis" and, most importantly, for leads — so that applications for implementation and support come from posts and search.

REQUIREMENTS: Who we are looking for: • A marketer with B2B experience (IT, CRM, SaaS, implementations — would be ideal). • Someone who knows the difference between the RB and RF markets: different pain points, channels, unit economics. • Someone who can analyze, not just "create": "here's a post — here are the leads". • A personal stack of tools is a plus. • A link to case studies or social media profiles you've managed is mandatory.
