TASKS: • Develop and implement a marketing plan for promoting the company brand. • Set up, manage, and optimize contextual and targeted advertising in Google Ads, Yandex.Direct, and social networks. • Maintain the company's official website: add and update information, control the correctness of posted materials. • Analyze the market, advertising offers, and competitor activity. • Search for and attract lead generation contractors. • Assign tasks to contractors, monitor traffic quality and achieved results. • Test new advertising channels, combinations, audiences, and promotion formats. • Prepare reports on the work done and the results of advertising campaigns. • Propose ideas to help increase brand awareness and marketing effectiveness.
REQUIREMENTS: • Marketing experience of 2–3 years. • Practical experience in independently launching and managing advertising campaigns. • Ability to evaluate the effectiveness of advertising channels and make data-driven decisions. • Experience interacting with contractors and lead generation specialists. • Initiative: it is important for us that the specialist can not only perform assigned tasks but also offer their own solutions. • Experience promoting financial, banking, or other complex services will be an advantage.
