In the IVI team, you will:
- Develop and update the content strategy and taxonomy for all SMM platforms (VKontakte, Telegram, MAX, etc.).
- Formulate the visual concept and reference base, set technical specifications for designers, and control compliance with the brand book.
- Plan and launch reach-boosting activities: contests, collaborations, situational trend-jacking.
- Assign tasks to the team and control execution/quality.
- Conduct analytics and reporting on projects:
- Weekly and monthly reporting
- Prepare reporting materials and presentations for reporting periods
- Build an analytics system in collaboration with the lead and the team.
IVI's expectations from a candidate:
- SMM experience of 3-4 years (experience managing large communities is desirable).
- Production management experience (designer, copywriter, videographer, editor, targetologist + cross-functional).
- Experience launching collaborations with bloggers and brands.
- Confident work with social networks; understanding the algorithms and formats of each platform.
- Copywriting: ability to write texts independently, understanding of triggers and neurocopywriting.
- Visual thinking: ability to set technical specifications for designers, assess the visual compliance with the project concept.
- Analytics: result-oriented in metrics: reach, ER, audience growth, conversions, etc.
- Desire and ability to transfer knowledge to junior colleagues, grow talent.
- High operational speed: mental flexibility, ability to handle multiple tasks in parallel without loss of quality.
- Systemic approach: ability to build processes, document agreements, work according to clear established processes and DDL.
- Proactivity: independent idea generation, high engagement, self-motivation.
