What needs to be done — Develop and maintain visual grids for the account — Formulate Tone of Voice, content categories, and a monthly content plan considering seasonality and pain triggers — Manage Instagram, VK, Telegram — Post at least 5–6 stories daily, at least 15 Reels per month, and at least 15 posts per month — Manage and populate the Telegram channel: 30–31 posts per month, full duplication of content from Instagram — Regularly remind the audience about Telegram recruiter contact in Instagram stories and posts — Select references for photoshoots and video shoots, prepare text scripts — Organize shoots 1–2 times a month: ideas, timing, direction — Create visuals: photo and video shooting in the salon (procedures, interior, masters, clients with consent) — Implement and curate personal content of the masters (through Stories or personal blogs) to build trust — Repurpose current content for relevant trends — Write sales-oriented and image-building texts adapted to audience pain points — Actively work with Direct messages and comments, process feedback, engage in dialogue with the audience — Create designs for advertising creatives (stories, banners) as needed — Post appointment availability for the salon, coordinate work with administrators — Develop a monthly content plan with categories — Prepare weekly and monthly reports on key metrics — Analyze competitors and identify growth opportunities — Calculate the cost per subscriber, lead, and client, and propose measures to reduce these figures

What are the requirements — SMM experience of 2+ years — Mandatory portfolio of cases in the beauty/wellness/medical sector — Understanding of the funnel from subscriber to subscription purchase — Ability to work with objections and pain triggers in texts — Basic Reels/Shorts editing skills — Proficiency in analytics tools — Portfolio with cases demonstrating sales growth: not just reach, but specific booking and revenue figures
