SMM Specialist

ABOUT US: Fitness House, a federal network of fitness clubs, is looking for two great SMM specialists.

TASKS: • Develop and implement a content plan: write texts, shoot and edit videos, adapt trends. • Communicate with subscribers in messages and comments, find reasons to join conversations under other people's posts. • Analyze what worked and why, maintain reporting on publications and weekly/monthly metrics. • Participate in cross-team projects.

REQUIREMENTS: • We're a good fit if you have a literate, lively writing style, broad horizons, and a sense of humor. You understand funnels, can evaluate your ideas based on results, and bring them to publication on time — without constant reminders. • We need people who understand what engages an audience, can shoot videos, and find unexpected topics even where everyone else has already written "5 reasons to start working out." We want to create content that people subscribe to and return for. • One specialist — for Instagram*: knows the platform, its tools, and trends well. Knows how to shoot Reels and create engaging storytelling. • The second — for VK and Telegram. Understands what content works on VK and Telegram, knows how to engage people. Also works with advertising labeling through the Advertising Data Operator (ORD) and reporting on it.
