Digital Marketing Manager
We are the Rapid Developers team. We operate in the no-code web and mobile app development sector for the European and American markets. We create applications of varying complexity and themes. We work on many interesting projects because the development cycle is shorter than coding, and projects change rapidly.
We are looking for a strategically thinking and results-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to develop our digital growth strategy, attract potential clients, and enhance our brand awareness in the competitive AI and custom application market. You will be responsible for the entire digital marketing funnel, from strategy to implementation and analysis.
Employment Type: part-time with a transition to full-time later.
Requirements:
- English language proficiency at C1+ level
- Deep understanding of the US B2B technology market, particularly in AI-based solutions and custom software.
- Proven hands-on experience with paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn), paid advertising, video sales letters (VSL), email marketing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Strong analytical and financial skills, experience with Google Analytics, KPI tracking, and ROI calculation to manage budgets and prove campaign effectiveness.
- Demonstrated abilities in strategic planning, market analysis, and competitive research to develop successful digital strategies.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work autonomously in a remote, freelance/hourly pay setup.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a holistic digital marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and support sales goals.
- Conduct ongoing market and competitor research to identify opportunities and stay ahead of trends.
- Oversee brand messaging and narrative consistency across all digital channels.
- Manage the digital marketing budget, allocating spend for maximum ROI, and track performance against objectives.
- Manage paid campaigns end-to-end across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Lead Generation: Optimize the entire marketing funnel (CRO) through data analysis, landing page optimization, and targeted campaigns.
- Email Marketing: Plan and execute segmented email marketing campaigns using A/B testing for optimization.
- Manage social media strategy (paid advertising) and lead influencer/partner campaigns from identification to negotiation and reporting.
- Analyze performance metrics across all channels; create clear, actionable reports for management.
- Coordinate with creative, content, and development teams to ensure project alignment and timely delivery.
