PPC specialist (Google, Meta Ads)*

We are the Rapid Developer team. We work in the field of no-code web and mobile application development for the European and American markets. We create applications of various complexity and themes. We work on many interesting projects because the development cycle is shorter than with traditional coding, and projects change quickly.

We are currently looking for a PPC specialist with deep knowledge of Google and Meta Ads* to help us boost lead generation, test hypotheses, and scale advertising campaigns to promote our services.

Responsibilities:

• Launch and manage advertising campaigns in Google Ads and Meta* Ads
• Work with multiple client projects simultaneously
• Set up advertising funnels for different tasks: lead generation, sales, traffic, hypothesis testing
• Analyze campaign results and regularly optimize them based on KPIs
• Prepare recommendations for creatives, audiences, offers, and landing pages
• Prepare clear reports on results
• Interact with the project team

Requirements:

• PPC Specialist work experience of 2+ years
• Practical experience with Google Ads and Meta* Ads
• English language proficiency B2 and above.
• Understanding of performance marketing and key metrics: CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CR
• Skills in working with analytics: GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta* ads manager
• Experience working with multiple projects/clients simultaneously
• Strong analytical skills, structured approach, and responsibility
