Senior PPC Specialist

🔥 We are looking for: Senior PPC Specialist with excellent analytical and leadership skills, experience in international projects, and a desire to work with the Community.

🌏 Locations: Belarus, Poland, Ukraine, Georgia, Serbia, Kazakhstan, etc. 🌏 English: B1+/B2 🌏 Employment type: B2B/Sole Proprietor/Incubator/Self-employment.

🔆 About us: GitNation has been organizing tech conferences since 2015: React Summit, JSNation, React Advanced London, and others. We also create an internal platform for events and a content hub with media for software engineers, as well as a subscription for remote conferences.

🔆 You will work in a team with Polina Bertosh, Anna Saskevich, Olga Leshkevich.

🔆 Key tasks for the position:

• Working with ad accounts: Twitter, Google Ads, LinkedIn FB/Inst, Tiktok/Reddit;
• Managing and controlling advertising campaign expenses;
• Compiling website traffic reports and analyzing channels of attraction (both paid and organic) + reporting on the performance of these channels;
• Monitoring, creating recommendations for improving website content and functionality;
• Organizing campaigns (viral campaigns, conference mentions with discounts, interviews, conference restreams);
• Developing a content strategy for the website and social media platforms;
• Researching, contacting, and implementing collaborations with community and media partners.
