We are looking for an experienced and proactive PPC specialist to join our marketing team. Your main task will be the effective management of paid traffic in Google Ads with a focus on results (ROAS/CPA) and scaling current campaigns. Location: Not RF and RF, remote.
Responsibilities: • Campaign Management: Full cycle of Google Ads management (Search, Display, Performance Max) with a special focus on YouTube Ads. • Semantics Management: Regular expansion and cleanup of the semantic core, working with match types and negative keywords. • Copywriting: Writing engaging text ads and adapting offers for different audiences. • Creative Management: Developing briefs for designers and video editors for creating banners and video clips. Monitoring implementation and final acceptance. • Optimization: A/B testing of headlines, landing pages, and bidding strategies. • Analytics and Reporting: Data collection, campaign performance analysis, and preparation of regular reports on key metrics (KPIs).
What we expect from the candidate: • Experience: From 2 years in the PPC niche (Middle level). • Certification (mandatory): We expect the candidate to have current Google Ads Creative, Google Ads Search, Google Ads Video, Google Ads Display certifications. • Analytical Skills: Proficient in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM). • Tool Proficiency: Experience with Google Ads Editor and reporting automation services (e.g., Looker Studio). • Ability to clearly formulate briefs for related specialists and adhere to deadlines. • English B2.
Will be a plus: • Experience with large budgets. • Understanding of UX/UI basics for assessing landing page conversion rates. • Experience in wellness, e-learning niches. • Experience with direct sales through video advertising. • Natural sciences, fundamental, engineering, or art education.
