Performance Marketing Manager

NovaKid is a global leader in online English education for children aged 4–12, serving 100000+ students across 50+ countries. We are looking for a PPC Marketing Manager to support the growth of Easy Start , Novakid’s entry-level product designed to widen the acquisition funnel, attract price-sensitive audiences, and convert users into higher-value products over time. This role is focused on fast paid social experimentation, especially in Meta and Google advertising . The ideal candidate is hands-on, data-driven, and comfortable working in a test-and-learn environment where creative speed, campaign monitoring, and quick optimization are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and run scalable acquisition channels, regions, offers, creatives and connections.
• Launch, manage, and optimize Meta and Google ads campaigns for Easy Start.
• Run fast creative testing cycles: define hypotheses, launch tests, analyze results, and iterate quickly.
• Monitor campaign performance daily, including spend, CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA/CAC, conversion rate, and lead quality.
• Identify winning creatives, audiences, placements, and messages.
• Proactive decision making beyond purely operational tasks - make calls on what to launch, change, stop or scale.
• Work closely with creative, product, analytics, and activation teams to improve the full paid traffic funnel.
• Provide clear performance updates and practical recommendations for next steps.
• Support testing of landing pages, quiz flows, offers, and other funnel elements connected to paid campaigns.
• Maintain clean campaign structure, naming, tracking, and reporting.

Requirements Required Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Proven experience managing PPC campaigns, preferably in paid social.
