Performance Marketing Manager at Magic Advertising & Marketing 📍 Remote — from anywhere in the world (except RF and RB)

We are looking for a strong specialist for the AI-girlfriend project team who will take full responsibility for user acquisition and product growth, and manage the entire end-to-end process: from launching campaigns to scaling and optimizing based on data.

**🚀 Key Tasks: **- Full management of paid acquisition (Meta, TikTok, Google, ad networks if necessary)

• Launching, optimizing, and scaling advertising campaigns
• Building and improving acquisition funnels
• Analyzing campaign effectiveness and preparing regular reports
• Generating and testing hypotheses: creatives, audiences, channels, and assigning tasks to the content team based on data
• Finding and scaling working combinations (traffic sources/offers)
• Monitoring key metrics and promptly identifying problems (rising CPA, falling conversion rates, etc.)
• Working with restrictions and blocks on advertising platforms (especially Meta)

**💡 Important in the role **- Full responsibility for results and independent decision-making based on data

• Working in a fast-paced environment with a large number of tests
• Flexibility and quick adaptation to changes in platforms and algorithms

**💫 What we expect from you: **- 3+ years of experience in performance marketing / user acquisition

• Mandatory practical experience with Meta Ads (including blocks and restrictions)
• Experience in one of the niches: dating, AI girlfriend, adult, gambling, nutra
• Understanding of unit economics and key metrics
• Experience with trackers: Voluum, RedTrack, or similar
• Ability to independently launch, analyze, and scale campaigns
• Experience with agency or rented ad accounts — a plus
• Quick adaptation to new tools and algorithm changes
• English B2+
