What you will do:
- Set up and launch advertising campaigns in Meta Ads, achieving conversions quickly at an optimal acquisition cost.
- Implement regional user acquisition plans, manage business stakeholder expectations.
- Maintain reporting, manage budgets, provide analytical insights.
- Develop analytical tools for more accurate marketing campaign evaluation.
- Collaborate with designers and copywriters, implementing a creativity-focused approach.
- Work with product managers to increase conversion across all digital platforms.
- Test new user acquisition funnels and advertising products.
What we expect:
- Excellent Meta Ads (Facebook Ads) skills, knowledge of other paid channels will be a plus.
- Experience in marketing analytics, A/B testing, and metrics-driven marketing.
- Advanced proficiency with analytical tools.
- Developed communication skills.
- Proven experience managing advertising budgets of hundreds of thousands of dollars (Meta ads).
Will be a plus:
- Experience launching campaigns in international markets and understanding regional specifics.
- Skills in working with audience segments and their configuration within advertising strategies.
