Kodland is an international online platform where children and teenagers acquire digital skills and create projects that change their future. We operate in over 30 countries and grow together with our students.
What you will do:
- Set up and launch advertising campaigns in Meta* Ads, achieving conversions quickly at an optimal acquisition cost.
- Implement regional user acquisition plans, managing the expectations of business stakeholders.
- Maintain reporting, manage budgets, and provide analytical insights.
- Develop analytical tools for more accurate evaluation of marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with designers and copywriters, implementing a creativity-focused approach.
- Work with product managers to increase conversion rates across all digital platforms.
- Test new user acquisition funnels and advertising products.
What we expect:
- Excellent Meta* Ads (Facebook* Ads) skills, knowledge of other paid channels will be a plus.
- Experience in marketing analytics, A/B testing, and metrics-driven marketing.
- Advanced proficiency with analytical tools.
- Developed communication skills.
- Proven experience in managing advertising budgets from hundreds of thousands of dollars (Meta* ads).
Will be a plus:
- Experience launching campaigns in international markets and understanding regional specifics.
- Skills in working with audience segments and configuring them within advertising strategies.
