Kodland is an international online platform where children and teenagers acquire digital skills and create projects that change their future. We operate in over 30 countries and grow together with our students.
What you will do:
Set up and launch advertising campaigns in Meta Ads, quickly achieve conversions at an optimal cost per acquisition.
Implement regional user acquisition plans, manage business stakeholder expectations.
Maintain reporting, manage budgets, provide analytical insights.
Develop analytical tools for more accurate marketing campaign evaluation.
Collaborate with designers and copywriters, implementing a creative-focused approach.
Work with product managers to improve conversion across all digital platforms.
Test new user acquisition funnels and advertising products.
What we expect:
Excellent skills in Meta Ads (Facebook Ads), knowledge of other paid channels will be a plus.
Experience in marketing analytics, A/B testing, and metric-oriented marketing.
Advanced proficiency with analytical tools.
Developed communication skills.
Proven experience in managing advertising budgets of hundreds of thousands of dollars (Meta ads).
Will be a plus:
Experience launching campaigns in international markets and understanding regional specifics.
Skills in working with audience segments and configuring them within advertising strategies.
