Head of International Marketing

Hi 👋 I'm Sasha Krylov, CMO at ggsel. I'm looking for a strong Head of International Marketing to join my team, someone who knows how to build strategies and scale channels for global products.

ggsel is a marketplace for digital goods. We are among the top in the CIS: 7+ million visits per month, x5 growth in a year. But we're not about "holding our position." We are driven to rethink the market – to make digital commerce fair, convenient, and fast.

About the project:

We are currently developing our international direction and are looking for a marketing leader who will scale existing markets (Latin America, Europe, USA), strengthen acquisition channels, and be responsible for sales growth. This is an opportunity to join the team at a stage of active growth, influence the strategy, and shape international marketing.

What you'll be doing:

• Growth of key metrics: GMV, new users, ROAS – through setting up and optimizing advertising campaigns
• Launching and scaling advertising: working with channels (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, affiliate programs, CRM)
• Data analysis: evaluating campaign effectiveness (LTV, conversions, traffic), preparing reports and recommendations
• Hypothesis testing: searching for new markets, audiences, and tools for growth
• Cross-functional interaction: coordinating with the product team, SMM, CRM, and analysts

What we expect from you:

• 4+ years of experience in digital marketing (e-commerce, agencies, international projects)
• Skills in working with advertising platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads
• English B2+ (reports and communication with teams)
• Experience in analytics and working with metrics (LTV, ROAS, CAC)
• Initiative: willingness to propose ideas in conditions of uncertainty
• Experience working with LATAM/EU/USA
• Experience launching new products in the international market
