What you will be doing:
Product Work:
- Deeply dive into the product, architecture, and logic of the platform.
- Gather insights, understand new features, updates, and integrations (together with development and technical specialists).
- Translate technical changes and platform capabilities into marketing messages, case studies, presentations, and content for media and events.
Content Marketing Strategy and Development:
- Plan and develop content marketing: expert materials, client case studies, analytics, use case analyses.
- Manage owned channels: blog, Telegram channels, and other brand content platforms, email newsletters.
- Formulate content plans aligned with business objectives.
Content Production and Project Management:
- Initiate and manage client case studies: conduct client interviews, gather facts, package them into texts, presentations, and videos.
- Organize and coordinate case study production: texts, videos, visual materials.
- Oversee marketing production for courses and webinars.
- Coordinate the work of copywriters, videographers, designers, and other contractors.
- Ensure close collaboration with the PR department.
What we expect:
- 3+ years of experience.
- Experience in B2B / SaaS.
- Ability to work with complex technological products (translating features, architecture, and development updates into understandable marketing concepts).
- Content marketing experience.
- Project management experience.
- Independence, structured thinking, results-orientation.
