Brand Analytics is a leading market system for monitoring and analyzing social media and mass media. We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. This person will be responsible for product marketing support, launching new products and product features to market, positioning, and sales support in a rapidly changing technological landscape.
What you will do:
Go-to-market and Launches
- Design launch plans for new products and features: timelines, channels, target metrics
- Adapt strategy for different segments and markets, including Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan
- Coordinate launches with content, PR, events, and sales teams — ensure a unified message across all channels
Positioning and Packaging
- Refine and supplement the value proposition of the product and its individual features, differentiating from competitors
- Develop key messages for different funnel stages and audience segments
- Translate technical specifications into client benefits
- Test demand for new product “packages”
Research and Competitive Intelligence
- Monitor competitors' product and pricing strategies
- Conduct CustDev interviews and user surveys
- Analyze market trends in media analytics and monitoring
Sales Support
- Create supporting materials, presentations, case studies
- Train the sales team to sell value, not functionality
- Develop demo scenarios that highlight the product's strengths in specific client scenarios
What we expect from you:
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing or growth marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS
- Experience independently managing product/feature launches from idea to market
- Understanding not only of marketing but also of the product — ability to grasp technical mechanics and explain their value
- Proficiency in analytical tools
- Skill in visualizing data and results for management
- Regular use of AI tools in work: from data analysis to content generation
- Ability to build relationships with cross-functional teams — product, sales, support, account management, development
- Strong storytelling skills: ability to package complex technology into an understandable narrative
Will be a plus:
- Experience in media monitoring, analytics, or related B2B tools
- Experience launching products in Central Asian markets
- Experience working with verticals (banks, pharma)
