Company Emphasoft specializes in custom development of IT solutions for our partners from the Western market. We focus on developing web applications for startups at various stages.
Currently, the company is growing, with new actively developing projects emerging, so we need an experienced marketer with IT experience to join our team.
Workload specifics: Work will be conducted in parallel on two of the company's projects, requiring the ability to switch contexts and adapt strategies.
Tasks:
- Market and competitor analysis, customer development, forming a target audience profile, and proposing new offers.
- Planning, launching, managing, and evaluating the effectiveness of advertising campaigns (contextual advertising, e-mail marketing, assistance with events).
- Preparing marketing materials - specifications for landing pages, presentations, lead magnets, and initiatives for creative campaigns.
- Working with analytics (Google Analytics, Yandex.Metrica, cross-channel analytics), preparing reports.
- Tracking trends and implementing new digital tools.
- Lead generation integration and automation: Designing a seamless lead journey. Collaborating with web developers to set up correct transmission of applications from website forms directly to amoCRM.
- Tracking and routing: Setting up call tracking, routing of applications, and accurate tracking of lead sources.
- Marketing digitization (ROI): Digitizing marketing activities. It is important for us to understand the return on investment: evaluating channel effectiveness, abandoning non-working combinations, and continuously working to increase conversion.
- Strategy and positioning: In-depth analysis of trends (where the market is heading, what clients need) and skilled positioning of our IT solutions for potential customers.
- Team leadership: Direct management and supervision of the marketing department (subordinates: event manager, copywriter, designer). Setting tasks and monitoring their completion.
Requirements:
- Marketing experience of at least 3 years, in IT, B2B SaaS, outsourcing.
- English level B2 or higher.
- Work with CRM: Knowledge and ability to work with setting up the marketing part in amoCRM will be a significant advantage.
- Practical experience in lead generation, setup, and optimization of digital campaigns.
- Experience working with ABM marketing.
- Excellent analytical skills, ability to work with data and build reports.
- Experience with AI tools/marketing automation (preferred).
- Team or contractor management skills.
- Self-sufficiency, responsibility, result-oriented approach.
- One of the stages will be a test task.
