We are looking for a Senior B2B Marketing Manager with experience in IT service companies. We are seeking a hands-on specialist who will be primarily responsible for marketing with the prospect of becoming a company partner.

🌏 Locations: Belarus, Poland, Georgia, Ukraine, Moldova, Serbia. 🌏 English: B2 (good written level is important) 🌏 Registration: Sole Proprietorship/Self-employed/B2B/business incubator

📌 ABOUT US: FocusReactive is a modern consulting company with deep expertise in Jamstack development, Headless CMS, and Headless eCommerce. Our agency partners with Vercel, Sanity, Storyblok, Contentful, etc., and we help our clients build modern and effective marketing platforms based on headless CMS and e-commerce.

🔆 MAIN TASKS:

• Development of B2B marketing strategy and brand positioning.
• Coordination of SEO and creation of expert content (case studies, blogs, webinars).
• Lead generation and partnerships will be additionally involved.
• Analysis of campaign effectiveness and optimization of sales funnels.
• Creation and development of a small marketing team over time.

🔆 OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Has over 4 years of experience in B2B marketing, specifically in IT outsourcing or consulting.
• Has practical experience with SEO, digital marketing, and lead generation.
• Is data-driven, with experience in CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
• Possesses excellent organizational and leadership qualities, motivated for rapid growth and development within the company.
