We are an IT company, professionals in gamification and digital service development. We create interactive loyalty programs, gamification products, and game mechanics for over 30 million users.
We are looking for a Marketing Communications Manager with B2B experience who will be responsible for planning and implementing the company's marketing activities aimed at attracting new leads, developing relationships with existing clients, and strengthening the company's visibility in the professional field.
Responsibilities:
- Organization and execution of turnkey B2B image events: from developing the format and preparation plan to coordinating the venue, contractors, guests, and internal team;
- Management of contractors within marketing activities: venues, catering, printing, technical support, copywriters, photographers, etc.;
- Searching, evaluating, and organizing the company's participation in specialized industry events, conferences, forums, and exhibitions in the formats of speaking, partnership, or exhibition stand;
- Proactively monitor relevant industry conferences, media, and industry platforms where target customers and key decision-makers are present, and use these entry points for communication development (follow social media posts and event announcements featuring people of interest to us).
- Coordination of marketing and expert content preparation with the internal team: articles, case studies, podcasts, website texts, announcements, event materials, presentation and promotional materials;
- Organization of the packaging process for the company's digital and media surfaces: website, professional social networks;
- Managing the company's external communication channels (social networks) considering marketing goals and the target B2B audience;
- Searching and organizing opportunities for promoting the company's expertise: publications in media and on media platforms, collaborations, industry communities, awards, special projects, interviews, and partnership formats;
- Regular monitoring of industry awards, contests, and industry ratings, organizing preparation and submission of applications based on the company's implemented cases;
- Organization and preparation of physical gifts for current clients (concept, development, logistics);
- Packaging of the company's implemented cases and placing them on various platforms (from company presentations to articles on VC)
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in B2B marketing;
- Proven experience in independently managing marketing and cross-functional projects;
- Proven experience in organizing offline events: business meetings, client business breakfasts, partnership/expert formats;
- Experience in coordinating multiple task streams simultaneously: internal teams, contractors, guests, venues, materials, deadlines;
- Fluent oral and written communication;
- Managerial composure: ability to create project plans, meet deadlines, send reminders, coordinate people, and bring projects to the expected result;
- Ability to quickly immerse yourself in a new topic and understand it at a practical level;
- Ability to independently manage tasks without constant operational control from management;
- Proactivity, energy, result-orientation;
- Insight into B2B communications and understanding of how marketing works to attract and nurture corporate clients
Will be a plus:
- Experience with loyalty products, CRM marketing, gamification, or related digital/marketing-tech areas;
- Experience in organizing and developing expert communities or professional communities;
- Contacts in relevant media or experience organizing publications of expert materials;
- Experience in market research, preparing analytical materials, and packaging conclusions into marketing formats;
- Ability to work with C-level audience: CMO, CRM Director, Head of Trade Marketing, and other senior stakeholders.
